Blue Angels Pensacola Chapter Call for Nominations
PENSACOLA, FL – The Blue Angels Pensacola Chapter of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) seeks interested Officer candidates.
In accordance with the AFCEA Bylaws, this serves as the official Call for Nominations for the 2009-2010 open AFCEA Blue Angels Pensacola Chapter Officer positions. Nominations are being accepted for VP of Awards and Education, VP of Membership and VP of Fund Raising, and as in any year any standing Officer position can be challenged. The nominating current BOD, for inclusion in the next AFCEA meeting, will consider all nominations and the committee will present for election.
Voting for 2009-2010: Officer member candidates will be conducted electronically between January 29 and February 12. The winners will be announced at the next meeting, scheduled for February 19. Deadline for nominations is Thursday, February 12. A generic nomination email reply will be accepted; simply indicate in the email the position for which the candidate is being nominated. All nominations should delineate service and contributions to AFCEA, as well as professional qualifications and accomplishments. A brief bio would be appreciated with any new nominations.
